Job Description
CBN is currently hiring call center representatives for their inbound call center ministry team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated customer service professionals who are passionate about the mission of CBN.
As a call center rep at CBN, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to individuals seeking assistance and support. Your main role will be to offer empathy, guidance, and prayer to those in need. You will play a vital part in CBN’s mission to spread hope and share the love of Jesus Christ with people worldwide.
